Nelly’s hip hop roots shine through in the video for “The Champ,” which is the song he recorded for ESPN’s “Bowl Week” coverage. It’s taken from his O.E.MO mixtape which was on Christmas Eve. The uplifting song features positive lyrics and an anthemic pop singalong that sees a true return to form for Nelly.
