The Stone Roses to Reform

Posted by: Muzu Team In: Classic| Featured| Indie| Industry| Music

The didn’t really need to call the conference, and we all knew it was coming, but the rumours have been confirmed and it’s true, the pioneers of the Madchester movement are back.

Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni are to bring back The Stone Roses. The band will play to an audience of 75,000 people (no doubt this will sell out) at Heaton Park in Manchester on June 29th and 30th next year. The band have promised to accompany this with new material. This will be the start of a world tour, and though no further details have been announced at present, no doubt no one will be able to get any tickets as they will sell out instantaneously and you’ll need to spend your entire month’s wages to get one from Ebay.
